Market closed negative with increase in turnover. Broad index, DSEX, went down by 16.17 points. Ceramics, IT and Tannery sectors closed positive while Travel & Leisure, General Insurance and Services & Real Estate sectors faced correction.

Turnover increased by 20.26% to BDT 4.34bn. General Insurance sector dominated the turnover chart covering 15.24% of total turnover.
